So there's my word count, which will hopefully be going up in the next hour or so when I get more of a chance to write. Aaaaand I changed my journal layout and I think I'm pleased with it. Wasn't so sure about the color scheme, but I'm working on it.
Also, I want this doll so bad, but I don't have that much money.... Can anyone lend me $1000? ^_^

Why is it so expensive?

Well, it's 60 cm tall, I think, so it's a pretty big doll. It's a limited edition, too, so that's part of it. And besides that, these dolls are insanely expensive anyway. I guess just because of how they're made, they're all jointed and everything. Here's the wikipedia entry (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BJD), if you're interested.
I think some of the cheapest ones I've seen are around $300 or so, but they're a lot smaller than this one. And sometimes they don't come with wigs or clothes or anything, they're just a body and you have to buy everything else separately. It's crazy, I know..

It really is. My cousin has one of the cheaper ones, so that's how I first heard about them. But some people are obsessed with these things. I mean, I don't blame them, 'cause they are amazingly pretty, but as far as the money goes, I prefer my nice, mostly free obsession with fanfic. ^_^
