New Doctor

Granted, I haven't actually seen him in anything yet, so I can't really say much about his acting style. But I watched the DW Confidential interview and I've got sort of mixed emotions about the whole thing.
He says "Yeah..." an awful lot. Hopefully when he's got a script he'll be more coherent-sounding.
Also, he does that wiggly-fingers thing when he's thinking and it seems a little bit Doctor-y to me, so hopefully that's a good sign? First, though, the giant rat needs to crawl off of his head.
I must say, I wasn't expecting them to cast someone quite this young. He's only five years older than I am... I wouldn't have minded if they'd cast someone a little younger than David Tennant, but he's like ten years younger.
Also, his accent keeps going Orlando Bloom-y in my head, and that's a little frightening, but maybe the accent will change in the role.
Anyway, still got a whole year until we see him. *hopes for the best*
