Dollie help?

Darcy refuses to stand for me. Every time I try to stand him up, his legs buckle underneath him. Is it something to do with the stringing? Too tight or too loose?
Help...?

his stringing might be loose if he seems floppier than usual. elastic will eventually lose its elasticity and stretch over time. is he sueded? it might be that his sueding (if present) needs replacing. if he's not sueded at all, try a low-temperature hot glue sueding. and good luck.

Well, I could never get him to stand very well to begin with, and he is sueded, but the last time I did that was back in June, so maybe I need to redo it...
