Jesus of Suburbia

cowboyguyI just discovered Green Day's Jesus of Suburbia music video yesterday. And I've been obsessively watching it ever since. And I wanna write a fic about it.
Oh, speaking of fic, I've accepted the fact that I've failed miserably at NaNoWriMo. I only got about 4,500 words written all month. However! I'm still happy about it, because it's 4,500 words that I wouldn't have written otherwise, and I do plan to continue the fic. I'm just not gonna finish it this month, obviously. This was also my first time doing NaNo, so I figure next year I'll have more time to think of a fic and a plotline before I wildly sign up three days before it starts and have to frantically think of a plot to write.
I've also started obsessing over the Dream of Doll website again, and I want DOT Ducan. But again, don't have the $700 or whatever to spend on a doll... But he's so pretty... And cheaper than Tony, who was like $1000 or more.
Or, I just found DOC Kirill, and while he's smaller than Ducan (and I'd kinda prefer the bigger doll), he's cheaper -- only $398 with clothes! (He's the one on the right.)
And one final note, because this is pretty cool, I found out about American Edit yesterday. It's a mashup of the American Idiot album and a bunch of other songs, and it's pretty cool.
