NaNoLog: Day 2
Nov. 2nd, 2006 10:04 amI got a bit of a slow start yesterday, only 724 words. But! I'm still happy, because that's 700 words I wouldn't have ever written if I hadn't signed up for this. I'm hoping I can write a lot more today.
Yesterday I was still sort of figuring out my characters, and there was one character I hadn't even planned for, so she took me by surprise. Now that I understand them a bit more, the writer's block should be easier to get past. (Or so I hope.)
Now I've got to go study for a midterm (because as much as I love this, school unfortunately has to come first) and then I think I'll have at least a solid two hours or so after class to keep writing.
