Hadrian's First Adventure

So instead of me working on the English essay draft I have due tomorrow, Hadrian decided it was time for his first photostory. I'll let him narrate.



Hi! It's me, Hadrian. So, this morning, I decided I wanted to see what the world looked like outside. It turns out, though, that the world isn't really built for someone as small as me, so it took a little while to get there. If you're interested, I've got pictures!





I woke up late this morning, because I was out since midnight last night. And when I woke up, I was BALD. I thought I was done with the whole having-no-hair thing. Apparently not. Jianmei says she doesn't want my hair to get smushed.

"Hi, Hadrian... ready to go exploring?"
"I guess... but where's my hair?"



"Right over there."



"Oh... You know, that really is a little frightening -- to see your own hair sitting next to you in bed. Anyway, can I have it, please?"



"Okay, much better. Now, can I see what's up there?"



"Sure."

...Unfortunately, that took a little more climbing than I thought it would.







"Jeez, can you put in a staircase or something-- ooh, what's out there?"



"Great. More climbing. Jianmei, are you sure you're not just trying to take pictures of my ass?"



"Ha! Victory! Now I've gotta see what's out that window..."



"It's so bright...Wow."





"Is it always this white outside?"
"No, not all the time. It's just been snowing."
"Oh."



"D'you think... could I get up here?"
"Sure!"



"I want to go out there..."
"Well, not right now. Maybe tomorrow?"
"Okay. I think I'd like that."
"But you'd have to wear your sweater. It's cold outside."
"...Fine."

I've always been scared of dolls, but a doll that's freaked out by his own hair puts me more at ease!

LOL. Yeah, I never liked porcelain dolls or anything because I was so scared of breaking them. But he's made of resin, so he's slightly more durable. And that fact that you can take his hair off and change it whenever you want makes me very happy. (You can change their eyes, too, but I'm a little scared to open up his head, so he's gonna have brown eyes for awhile.) :)

So, can you see the pictures? I posted them on another message board and all that showed up was the Angelfire logo....

*giggles* Poor little one climbing on that big coach there. ^-^ Gladly he got on top of that table safely!
