Ugh... I hate money.
Someone's selling an El in the marketplace on DoA, and I really really really really want him. But he's $625, without shipping. And I don't exactly have that money. Well, I do, but if I spent that much I'd be letting go of over half of the money I have saved up. I might be able to manage it on layaway, if they let me pay for him over a few months, but it'd still take a big dent out of my savings...
But he's got a face-up, he's sueded, wired, blushed, everything! And he comes with a wig and pants. So it's a pretty good deal... but if I bought another doll right now my family would probably kill me. Which sucks, because my birthday's coming up and I could just ask everyone to give me money to help pay for another doll, but if they knew he cost $600 they'd freak out. They already didn't like me spending the money on the one I have now, I know they couldn't see any reason to buy another one.
