So this is twice now that I've needed a fix (omg that sounds bad) and found something you wrote that just...Mmmmm yes.

The conversation in the car...where Sam says that he thinks he caught something...omg...BUTTON BUTTON BUTTON. It just...YESSSssss!

I also loved the description of their walk to the grave - the cicadas, the flashlights crisscrossing on the path, so vivid.

And the word "achy". I think that's one of my new favorite words.
